Supreme Power Payment Policy

Acceptable forms of payment to Supreme Power are limited to:


Credit Card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover)Paypal (eChecks will be held until cleared)

Certified Bank or Cashier’s Check

Prepaid cash

Personal check (under the conditions listed below)

Wire Transfer

Personal checks will be accepted as payment only after the funds have cleared and been transferred into Supreme Power’s account. All merchandise remains the property of Supreme Power until payment is finalized.


Supreme Power may require deposits for special order items.


Supreme Power Return Policy

Supreme Power does not accept unauthorized returns. If an item must be returned, the customer must first contact us and obtain a return authorization number (RMA).


The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of your return package. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing by Supreme Power. An invoice, with the date of sale, must be included with the return package.


To be eligible for a credit or refund, returned items must be in the original packaging, unused, in original condition and received by Supreme Power within 14 days of your original receipt. No credit will be granted for installed, damaged, or deformed items. Items will thoroughly inspected before issuance of any credit or refund,


Special order items cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturer’s defect.


All items eligible for return are subject to a 25% restocking fee, except in in the event our error caused the return.


Please note that any damage must be reported to Supreme Power via email before any installation. We can not offer any exchange or refunds on items that have been used or installed.

Supreme Power Shipping Information

All items purchased from Supreme Power be shipped via UPS Ground unless prohibited by size or weight, in which case a motor freight carrier will be utilized.


Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost upon request. If you have shipping deadlines that need to be met, please speak with a staff member before placing your order.


For international orders, we may elect to ship by TNT at our discretion. Please note that Trade agreements vary between Canada and foreign countries.


For this reason, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes applicable to the importation of any items purchased from Supreme Power are the full responsibility of the customer.


Supreme Power Guarantee

Supreme Power’s products are guaranteed to be first quality merchandise unless otherwise specified. Many products carry a manufacturer’s warranty, which will be passed on to you from Supreme Power.


Parts purchased previously used or through unauthorized distribution channels will no longer carry a warranty. There is no warranty, expressed or implied, on any parts used for competition or track events. Additionally, there is no warranty on electrical components. 


The buyer shall notify Supreme Power immediately upon the discovery of any product defect. Defective items must be returned for replacement per our return policy and at the buyer’s expense. We will replace all faulty items that meet return/replacement requirements but will not accept any liability for loss or inconvenience caused by their use or failure. 


All warranties are voided if the defect has been caused in whole or in part by improper installation, abuse, or misuse. 


We reserve the right to withhold issuance of credit until the returned defective part has been examined and tested.


Use of Products Purchased Through Supreme Power

Many products sold by Supreme Power may not be TUV or DOT approved for highway use on public roads. These products are designed for off-road, racing, or show applications only. 


It is the sole and complete responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their vehicles meet all federal, state and local laws and regulations. The buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of high performance products and holds Supreme Power and its owners harmless of any liability.


Damaged Products

Supreme Power and its suppliers deliver merchandise to carriers adequately protected and packaged. Therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.


If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the packaging (i.e. specific damage) on your receipt from the carrier and your signature.


If the damage is discovered after opening the package, notify the carrier immediately. Damage claims must be handled through the carrier, not Supreme Power. If necessary, we will assist you in any claim to the degree that is practical.
